This guarantee is about product performance, not fit or sizing. It’s designed so new customers can trial our leak protection with confidence.
How the 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee works
If this is your first order with Pee Chee Cheex, you’re covered under our 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee for one (1) pair only from a multipack.
When your order arrives, we recommend:
- Washing and wearing just one pair first to trial performance during your period
- Keeping the remaining pairs unopened, unworn, unwashed, and sealed (each pair is individually packed and sealed for hygiene reasons)
If the worn pair does not perform as intended, you can contact us within 100 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you out.
And just so you know — you don’t need to send back the worn pair.
Let us break it down for you
If you purchase a multipack and want to try Pee Chee Cheex for the first time, simply wear one pair to see how they perform.
If that pair doesn’t work for you, reach out to us within 100 days. Any remaining pairs must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Wearing more than one pair before contacting us may mean the order isn’t eligible under this guarantee.

Size Exchanges
We want you to feel confident choosing your size. Our undies are made true to size, so we strongly recommend using our size guide before ordering.
If you need a size exchange, the following conditions apply:
- Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Each order includes one (1) complimentary size exchange
- Items must be unopened, unwashed, unworn, and unused
- Each pair must remain sealed in its original packaging for hygiene reasons
- Exchanges are available for the same style and colour only, subject to stock availability
If you request additional size exchanges beyond the first, an exchange fee may apply to cover handling and shipping costs. We’ll always let you know any applicable fee before processing.
Important:
Size exchanges are not covered under our 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we’ll be in touch to discuss available options.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Clear photographs (front and back) of the product packaging are supplied to help us assess the return
- The product is unopened, unwashed, unworn, and unused
- Each pair remains sealed in its original packaging for hygiene reasons
- The packaging has not been opened, tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on Sale, Clearance, Factory Seconds, or Final Sale items, including products in our We Made Heaps category.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we’ll let you know whether a refund, store credit, or exchange is available, depending on the circumstances. (This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described products)
Faulty Product
We work extremely hard to ensure all Pee Chee Cheex products are made to a high standard. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’re here to help.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with your rights.
Products marked as factory seconds at the time of purchase are excluded from this section, as any known faults are disclosed upfront.
Cost of Returns
Who covers return shipping depends on why the item is coming back — here’s how it works.
- 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee: If your return is approved under our 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee, we’ll take care of the return shipping. Just reach out to us first so we can help organise it.
- Faulty or incorrectly described products: If something arrives faulty or not as described, we’ve got you. Return shipping will be covered in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns: For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer, unless we let you know otherwise.
To help make sure your return gets back to us safely, please follow the return instructions we provide. If items are sent back without getting in touch first or without using the suggested return process, we can’t be responsible for parcels that go missing along the way.
How To Complete Refunds & Exchanges

Don’t have a printer? No worries, just download the form, type your details into the fields provided, save it, and email it back to us.
Once we receive your email, our team will be in touch to confirm the next steps.
How To Pack and Send Returns
We recommend using the reusable satchel or mailer bag your order arrived in — it’s compostable and biodegradable.
Please don’t write on, label, tape, or attach anything directly to the Product(s) packaging.
If you’re arranging your own return postage, we recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed. This helps ensure your parcel gets back to us safely, as we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost or go missing in transit.
How Long Will A Refund Take To Process?
Please allow time for your return delivery to reach us. This may very depending on your location. Refunds requests are reviewed within 48-72 hours of receiving your item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund request. Depending on your payment method, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
