Get accurate measurements, we recommend you re-check your size with every purchase..

For most of our styles, the most important measurement is your hip size to get the right fit. It is also useful to check your waist measurement for certain styles. Please take a look at the product description for a guide.

If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up (e.g. from a size 10 to 12) for ultimate comfort.

1. Place Your Feet Together

Having your feet apart can give a measurement that is actually larger than your hip area.

2. Waist

Your natural waist measurement should be taken at the narrowest part of your torso. This is where your body curves in and is often at or above your belly button.

3. Hip

Your hip measurements should be taken at the fullest part of your hips.

Our Bodies Were Never the Problem - the Products Were

You never forget these words:

“mummmm pls come r n 😭😭 i leaked bad”

...Boy, that's the kind of sentence that takes you straight back to Year 8 trauma.

Makes you wonder... how many of us went through the exact same thing — and just quietly accepted it?

School girls "fitting in" is already tough enough without confessions like,

🤷
“i swear it was done this month… whyyy”
🤷
“my body is actually so random”
🤷
“why tf is my period THIS heavy”

No girl should feel out of control in her own skin.

Those words carry a heaviness still felt today. You want to fix it. Protect her. Because you know it’s not her fault.

It’s the same frustration we lived through.
We thought this was just how it is... kind of, uh, expected.

Now We See Body Issues Starting For Them Too.

But it isn’t their bodies.
It’s the products that are failing them 🚫.

And here’s why that’s a problem no kid should carry: because when you see them with the same leaky-worries we put up with, you realise...

...pads and tampons that haven’t had a glow-up since the internet became a thing.

(1984 Print Advertisement)

Same promise. Different decade.
Apparently ‘super protection’ has been coming soon since the 1980s.

Picture this: those little legends fussing around in the same ol' pads and tampons we put up with for years.

Uh-uh.

We Wanted Them To Feel Normal During Periods

Confident. Free to do cartwheels 🤸♀️.
Without their period products pulling a sickie mid-netball.

(And yes, the fear of bleeding through never really goes away. It follows you like a shadow all day.)

Because honestly? Pads and tampons haven’t changed much in 20 years.
Even period underwear haven’t really changed since they came out, either (unless we’re counting new colours and lace as innovation.)

Except they’ve added different chemicals (not fewer).

So We Chose A Smarter, Safer Path for Period Protection:

No added chemicals... aaaand no compromise on comfortable leakproof protection for heavy flows.

And we started digging 🔎.
But what we found was... shocking.

The kind of shocking you might see on '60 Minutes Australia' or ABC's 'Four Corners' — short, sharp, slightly horrifying.

Here’s why it matters:

a lot of this exposure happens bit-by-bit over a lifetime.
It’s never too late... and there’s definitely a chance for a better period life for our loved ones.

That’s why we kept going

Pushing the envelope on design until it was good enough for them and for us.

We tested. Tweaked. Tested again. (57 prototypes, 80+ real heavy-flow cycles, studying every stain to understand what really works).

One rule: it had to pass the Period No Worries Test 🩲✅ (link in the PPS below)

And now?
Our daughters thank us.
She plays. She laughs. She trusts herself again 🌸.

Next up: the how.

Edge guards, airflow — and why it actually holds up in real life.

With care, (and crafted-with-care),

 💛

The Pee Chee Cheex Team

PS:
You’re probably not going to believe this is even possible...
we tested 12 tampons’ worth of fluid in ONE period undie 👉 here’s video proof
